MD4 reboot

Is there a way to manually reboot an MD4?  Somehow the program is stuck on the start up page and will not proceed to operational pages.

You can remove the address tag to put the module into safe mode.  Then download a blank application to clear out the faulty application.  Make sure you correct your application before downloading again.

I was hoping the customer could do something as the truck is 14 hours north of me right now.  Not entirely sure what's going on as I cannot plug into it.  I've used this program many times with no issues.
