Health At All How can I control a car relay with HS digital outputs, without having the circuit error interrupted with a MC43?

Not exactly sure what you mean, we control relays all the time no issue.
We have had some extremely low current relay coils not work with the MC43s, swapping to using a Low Side Output or using a more power hungry relay did the trick.
What could be a problem for some smaller relays is the undercurrent detection, this detection is measuring current when the Digital out is on.
This is a check that can be disabled, select the pin in the block diagram and then DOUT under current detection.
