Circular Bar control on MD4

This is how settings are in Design and what I want:

I tried setting a large bar with on a circular bar, and I can see the same effect on the MD4.

(but not on the MD5 that has a newer version of the graphics package we use). 

A quick workaround could be to put a an image with a transparent circle on top of the circular bar.
