IQAN XP, error message (automatic hydraulic hook control)
Good afternoon,
we have hook container truck with Gergen GHK 20/65 (hook module). For control of hook we use the IQAN interface.
Currently, it display the error message and we can do only manual control of hook. Would be please possible that someone can help us? Unfortunately, we don't know what is happening.

Not familiar with the language but it looks like there is a low voltage error on PIN 4 in connector 1, where its always expecting to see some voltage level otherwise it faults out. I would check to see if the wire got cut somewhere or a pin came unseated. Maybe throw a new sensor at it if possible just to test it.
Sensor (wiring) failure, no input voltage from Voltage sensor on input pin C1:4 off XP module, input voltage is lower as the setted Min voltage in programm. (probably 0,5 Volt) You have to check external sensor and wiring !
