MD4 goes blue screen and stops running

We have an MD4-7 that's essentially just used for a displaying some camera feeds through ethernet.

We have multiple machines with this camera system and only one of them is experiencing the problem.

The MD4-7 will randomly crash and show a blue screen with an error code.

I believe the code is "os_error (0x1000002) drv_CanInt"

The MD4 is running IQAN 7.05.

What does this error code mean?

I know this is being investigated with the help of the Parker Regional Application Engineer, but for anyone else reading here is a quick explanaition.

Yes, it is correct that the error code is on the line where it says

"os_error (0x1000002) drv_CanInt"

On the MD4, os_error (0x1000002) can be caused by a buildup of messages, if the application triggers to many outgoing CAN messages on a bus that is already full.

It may be caused by some other problem as well, but the first thing to check should be CAN bus utilization on all buses.
