Wireless can bus
Has anyone tried this between Iqan masters, like MD5 <-> MC42?https://www.ifm.com/fi/en/shared/productnews/2023/hmi/canwireless-effective-local-m2m-dialogue
Or is there some other wireless CAN-bus adapter that works in Iqan?

I haven't used these ifm ones, but I've successfully used both Magnetek WIC-2402 and Fort Robotics VSC's setup as a point-to-point wireless CAN bridge with IQAN systems. I had to separate the master modules into two different IQAN projects and send J1939 CAN frames back and forth over the wireless bridge to limit the data transmission on that bus. Having the master or diagnostic bus on that CAN network ended up being too much traffic for the wireless network.

I have experience with this, the most crucial development consideration here is the power on order. The setup might work fine if system 1 is powered up first, and then system 2 is powered up second. And then in any other combination it won't work. Testing is crucial here.
