Telematics Options

Since Parker has discontinued their telematics system, what are the options now for Parker IQAN users? The Parker system worked very well for us but now we are without connection to our machines unless we connect through an operator’s phone via G12 module.

We would like to know if Parker has a plan to have certified or approved telematics suppliers or service tools available?

We are exploring options to remotely connect to our machines, but they are unreliable and seem disjointed compared to what we had through the discontinued Parker system.
