Custom gauges Scale
It would be nice if you could scale a custom image in the display page. If a custom PNG or SVG is created you must resize it out side of the IQAN and bring it back in.

Good idea. This will come but there is no time plan for it yet.
Scaling of PNG within IQANdesign is unlikely, for that an external editor is better suited. The replace image function is quite nice for this.

I think the SVG support introduced in IQANdesign 6.05 solves this request.
