MC41 and XC43 Application NO Contact problem

Hello everyone;

We have an application that contains MC41 as master module and XC43 as expansion module.

Master has IDTag 2 and expansion has IDTag 0. Both sides termination resistors connected. When the system is powered off, we measure 60 ohms between CAN-H and CAN-L terminals.

We uploaded software to MC41 but we have the problem that you can see below here. NO Contact problem in XC43.

Maybe we are missing some points. We need your advice on how to connect MC41 as a master and XC43 as a expansion module. Thanks in advance.

I believe you already got help with this from the AE.

For anyone else reading the post, a good troubleshooting step in case of No contact with an expansion is to check the LED blink code.

Thanks for Parker Turkey's support.

You're right about troubleshooting. When we check instruction manual at first time, we've already determine the problem but we couldnt think, that problem can cause of "No CAN communication" between modules. Anyway now everything work fine.
