Both Disabled and Not evaluated will show a gray status symbol.
You can double-click on the channel to expand the measurement to see the exact channel status more easily.
The JFIN will have status Not evaluated until a matching CAN frame is first received. If the JFIN does not have a timeout, and the module does not time out (other JFINs that are receive), that tells me that there is no matching CAN frame for the JFIN on the bus.
