Hi Ed,

I suspect you are getting a 4.06 project using IQANrun 4.05 or earlier? There is a bug that won't let older versions of IQANrun see that a 4.06 project requires a newer IQANrun to download it from a master module. This will be fixed in IQANdesign 4.07. Please use IQANrun 4.06 to get your project meanwhile.
