IQANconnect requires newer versions, 5.08 or 6.05

Newer versions needed for using remote connection via IQANconnect:

IQANdesign 5.08.2

IQANrun 5.08

IQANdesign 6.05

IQANrun 6.05

This is due to a security update on the IQANconnect server.
