Hi again, sorry for the delay. Strange problem, never heard of it before. Can you try to add the devices manually and see if that works?
To do that, go to a channel with the Device type property, e.g. a voltage input. On the Device type property, click the button to the right to bring up the device manager for that channel type. Now click Import. In the open file dialog, select the corresponding device database file, e.g. VIN.ddb for voltage inputs. You find all device database files in folder C:\ProgramData\IQANdesign 5\Devices\. Repeat for current output and PWM output.
What do you mean by "device library"? Is it device types for voltage inputs and current/PWM outputs?
