Ctrl + J (or
Component Navigator
as it's called) will be available in IQANrun 4, see
http://forum.iqan.se/topic/594868-component-navigator-in-iqanrun-when-having-full-access-password/.
You can unselect
Show all references
in IQANrun, but it's not available in the context menu in the function group. Instead you have to go to
Tools > Options
where you will find it on the
Function groups
tab.

You can unselect Show all references in IQANrun, but it's not available in the context menu in the function group. Instead you have to go to Tools > Options where you will find it on the Function groups tab.
Implemented in IQANrun 4.0.
