add ctrl + J function to IQAN RUN and allow to unselect show all references

Ctrl + J (or Component Navigator as it's called) will be available in IQANrun 4, see http://forum.iqan.se/topic/594868-component-navigator-in-iqanrun-when-having-full-access-password/.

You can unselect Show all references in IQANrun, but it's not available in the context menu in the function group. Instead you have to go to Tools > Options where you will find it on the Function groups tab.
