no reply from IQAN connect server?

We have tried accessing a machine remotely and have the following message, is this a problem a Parker end? We have tried 2 PC's and have the same message.

There is a problem with the IQANconnect server, it has been problems since this morning. We are investigating.
Forgot to post an update, it is up and working again since about two hours ago.
