(the question about IMEI would of course only be applicable if you got this at the point where you were connecting to a specific device, it wasn't clear to me if the issue occurred when trying to list all devices or at the next step when connecting to a machine)
I checked with my contact at Proemion, and he wasn't aware of any recent problem.
