The TSC1 channel provided in iqan design, does it send out the message counter (SPN 4206)
and message checksum (SPN 4207)?

Not in the existing versions of IQANdesign, these fields are set as Not available (all bits set to 1)

An additional note, it is planned for 4.00 to add this as a property on the TSC1 channel to be able to send checksum and counter.

This feature has been moved forward to IQANdesign 3.18. Exact release date not decided yet.
