IQAN run for PC without licence

Does our clients can install IQAN Run for free to computer without licence key? Like they can do with tablet.

It is possible to install IQANrun on a laptop without a license, the limitation is that you cannot connect to a real system at all, it will be in evaluation mode where it only communicates to the simulator.
