G3 modem (State:File transfer)

Hi,

We want to connect to the modem of an our crane, but it seems "File transfer" in the state section and we cannot connect. What would be the reason?

This is the case when no one is connected to the modem. In addition, even if the modem is powered down, it remains in the same state (File transfer).

Device mode "File transfer" is set in the Proemion web portal.

To change it back, log on to the web portal (https://parker.proemion.com/portal/) and change back to "real time"

I tried this, now I'm trying again.
