Program update 5 to 6 Can not present

I updated my program file from IQAN design 5.8 to 6.3 with no problems. But when I try to upload to the machine I keep getting CAN not present error?

I think the first step is to check what CAN adapter you have that show up in IQANrun.

Have a look under tools-options to see all of the connected CAN adapters that are connected and that you have drivers for installed.

IXXAT, NI, Kvaser and Peak will only show up if they are connected.
