Hello
I used IQANgo with 6.04 version with my Android phone to check if the G11 is working and remote software update can be done. Now the unit is by the customer and the IQANgo for apple is only in the version of 6.03. The firmware of the G11 is not communicating with a IQANgo iPhone 6.03. What should we do?

Hi Andy,
IQANgo 6.04 contains a bug fix that only affected Android devices, they are otherwise identical. Both 6.03 for iOS and 6.04 for Android use firmware version 1.11 for the G11.
IQANgo6.03Iphone ask for a software update and goes to a blank screen. Should we ignore it? G11-Firmware is the same??
G11 firmware is the same in IQANgo 6.03 and 6.04. It may be an older version in the actual G11 you are communicating through. In that case, I would recommend you update it.
