Find & replace text within function group

Does somebody knows if it's somehow possible to find and replace text of names, messages etc. within a function group.

I copied a function group "Engine3" to "Engine 4" and want to replace all the E3 text to E4

I see this question is 3 years old and I don't see any answers.

I also can't find a find and replace function in IQAN.

Is there still no find and replace?
