I ´m looking for Information about State Machine for IQUAN

There are two ways of doing this in IQANdesign:

With the FSM Finite State Machine channel, you define each state and each state transition in a graphic view.

With the SMC State Machine Channel, you define each state with activating conditions and use the state order to define priority between states.
