Is there a way to break up the time elements in the SIC?

For example, I need to send another J1939 module the value of the minutes, but not the hour or the seconds.

There is an example of this in the Solution Library, in the project file J1939 set time.ids4

(you can find it here: My Documents\IQAN Files\Solution Library\J1939 set time.ids4)
