XC43 "No Application Available" blink code

The normal case for the blink code No application available is when a master module does not have an application.

Are saying you are getting this blink code on the XC4?

Or is the question because the blink code is in the user manual?

Yes, I am receiving that blink code in a XC43 and MD4 system. The MD4 does have a valid application in it. The blink code seems to be alternating between this code and the R4:2 1:1:3 code. Do you have any idea what could cause both?

I should clarify, it's not displaying both codes at once. Sometimes it shows no application, other times it shows the I/o error.

This was a bug, solved by updating to XC4 firmware to 2.00.
