Import a clone file to open in script for modification?
Currently have a vehicle fire apparatus that is equipped with the IQAN system. I need to make a minor change as a module is set currently to not active as it was added after the fact and now needs to be set to active. I have the Clone file. Can the clone file be used and imported into script to make the modifications?

When creating a script for interfacing with the control system, the original IQANdesign project file (.idax or .idsx) is used.
From the question, it sounds as if you do not have the project file?
In that case, my recommendation is to reach out to the company that made the project file.
If it is just a matter of changing a parameter that is already implemented in an adjust group in the project file, it should be enough to just change this via IQANrun. Scripts for setting parameters are nice when you need to perform the same operation on several machines.
If the parameter has not been added, the project file would need to be modified with IQANdesign.
