Operational Log???

I was wondering if anyone has ever tried to create an operational "pick" log for any equipment.

I've been trying to come up with a good solution, but I am having a difficult time. Each entry is logged when the user presses a button on the screen. All of the values are based on sensors on the unit, I am just trying to figure out how to store/display the values. It also would be great if it would work as a First in First Out type of process.

Hi,

take a look into the function group "Weight function" of the Fork Lift application, which is saved in your own documents.

There you'll find a solution, how to save values with an index. The solution comes with your requested first in, first out functionality.

I am not sure, how this will work this for the date and time values - haven't tested it yet.

Thanks for the direction. I was able to achieve the "pick log" using some version of that plus some other fun features.
