Porting or downgrade IDEX or IDAX from 6.08 to 5.08

I need to backport a large blob of code and display pages developed in IQANdesign 6.08 to applications marooned in IQANdesign 5.08 (XC10 expansion modules).


There is an IDAX to TXT export function, what technical limitations are preventing import from TXT?


Is there any way to fool IQANdesign 5.08 to import or copy&paste clipboard data from the newer software?

Is there any purchasable service for this?

There is no function for saving a project file in an earlier version.
