CAN bus status in channel

How can I monitor the status of can bus error? I want to know if it is possible to monitor this into a internal variable. Using a MC43 as master controller.

I edited the topic title changing from "status" to CAN bus status in channel.


CAN bus status is measured in the system layout and written to the log, but there is no corresponding channel to measure it on. 

What you can check with a channel is the MDGN module status, that will show the resulting module No contact status from a bus going in bus off.
