Does MC43 support CANopen? if not with what method i can implement CANopen?

Many CANopen devices can be implemented in IQANdesign using the functions for Generic CAN. 

In the IQANdesign solutions library, you can find examples of this approach Parker SCP and SCPT sensors. 

It requires a bit of knowledge about the protocol, but if you can use the default mapping on a sensor it is not too difficult.
