Md47 appears online but cannot connect via IQANconnect

Hello IQAN Connect shows the device and will indicate that it is connected. However an attempt to send file results in "no Hand shake". this is seen on D6.07 and also on IQANgo.

If the connection to IQANconnect is from the Ethernet port on a master, it can take a few minutes before the status seen in the connect dialog updates. 

When the system is connected via IQANgo remote assistance, the status updates much quicker.
