IQANrun measure vs IQANdesign measure
Hi,
During my work, I save data in arrays, and at the end, I get data from a measure group.
I have an incrementing chanel that read every lines in the arrays and show it in a measure group.
If I read it with IQANrun, a lot of data are missing :
But if I read it with IQANdesign, I get all data :
The both graph must be the same,

Aspects that could matter for this case:
-IQANrun software version
-Cycle time on the module you measure on
-Cycle time on the headmaster
Prior to version 7.04, there was an issue in IQANrun 7 that limited cycle time on measurements to the headmaster cycle time.
IQANrun 7.04.9
Cycle time are 20ms for each MC43 of the machine,
But I have also a MD4-7 on the same CANbus, with a 50ms cycle time.
So when I'm measuring a measure group on a MC43, I am limited to the cycle time of the MD4-7 wich is on the same CANBus ?
But If I copy value to Excel, sometime I have a newpoint point between 60ms and 100ms.
It's not exactly the cycle time of the MD4.

Export from IQANdesign :
When measuring on a group with channels from multiple masters, you get the headmaster cycle time as step size.
Measure on a group with channels from just one master, and you should be getting the cycle time of that master as step size.
The problem that was solved in IQANrun 7.04 was that you got headmaster cycle time also when measuring on a group containing items from just one master.
Looking closer at the printscreen from IQANrun, I see you are seeing 20 ms as sample time in the graph. It also does not seem to be an issue with missing samples, that would have been indicated as interruptions on the line showing green status, and in the background color.
What IQANdesign version is the system made with?
What diagnostic interface are you using?
One more question in addition to Gustav's - is "Missing samples" enabled in IQANrun?
