IQAN Run 5 Timeout settings

Hello,

I am trying to assist our client who uses IQAN Run 5 and Elevat CAN bridge to remotely connect to an MD4 in order to get / send clones. When doing testing, we are able to connect via the bridge, however, when we go to get / send clones, when get the following error.

Is there a way to increase the timeout settings within IQAN 5? As the devices that they are trying to connect from via the bridge are communicating over cellular (to my knowledge) and have ping times of over 300/ms to the gateway.

Please forgive me as I have barely any knowledge on how this all functions. Any information would be appreciated.
