DBC import problem

Hello .  when I import a DBC file , it show this error, could you pls help me with it ?thank you !

What is the rule of byte alignment in IQAN?

As I start to add a new function group , I found that if the signal is motorola byte order, and the length is like 13bits . it cannot choose big / little eidian in the byte order option.
