"File info" tab unavailable in properties for IQAN idsx and idax files.
When in file explorer on Windows, I cannot access the "File Info" tab under: Right-Click File (idax or idsx) - Properties.
Has anyone else faced something similar. Since the program generates this information, can it somehow be turned on or off when creating / saving the program for the first time?

The file info extension for IQAN should be installed when you install IQANdesign.
One thing to check, have you recently installed a much older version of IQANdesign?
Hi Gustav, I do have Versions after 6.08 up to 7.02 but that was a while ago when I installed them. I just reinstalled IQAN Design 7.02 two days ago because I wanted to see if theres an option I haven't selected but it did not prompt me about the file info extension. Could you guide me through the process? I will reinstall it right away.
