Start measure in application viewer grayed out
During online sessions I cannot initiate measure even though I am connected and can adjust parameters. I open the software installed but start measure at the top of the page remains white and when clicked does not operate.
The same software installed on a different laptop seems to work fine! The same feature on RUN 6 works on the same laptop, is there something I am missing?

I've experienced the same thing. In trying random things, I noticed that disconnecting from the system, closing IQANrun and restarting it, and then reconnecting to the system seems to fix the issue - not with 100% success; takes a couple of restarts sometimes.
It sounds as if the problem you see is when measuring from the application view?
It will be grayed out when the main IQANrun window is the measure tab.
This is happening even when the main window is not in the measure tab. It seems to happen at random, and restarting IQANrun and reconnecting to the system fixes it, albeit not always.
