log Unknown component
I'm encountering a problem with the downloding of the log files in IQAN run 7.
when I select all log then it shows the component, but after I selected to get all records it will not show the component anymore, and it will only show : "Unknown component"

I've had this happen as well. Following for update.
A situation where I would expect to see "unknown component" in an event log would be an application update, where the component that had a log entry had been removed from the application. That does not seem to match what you describe though.
What type of log item is it? At first glance I thought it was a DM1 log item, but it appears to be something else.
It looks like it might be a value log item logging a DTC channel?
What version are you running in the master module? E.g., 7.05.27
What version of IQANrun are you using? E.g., 7.05.32

Are you seeing this problem consistently?
I tried reproducing with this combination of versions but without success.
Yes, on multiple machines. unfortunately I do not have access to them to check.
