Parker controller IQAN CONNECT
Hello,
We have a Parker controller (model 20085113) which is connected to the monitor, but the devices are not appearing as connected.
Could you please advise which version of the IQAN Design software is compatible with it? We currently have version 6.90, complete with a licence key.
Our monitor is connected as shown in the attached image.
And the controller’s inputs are also shown in the attached image.
If we have connected something incorrectly (for example, the identification labels), could you please advise on how it should be done correctly?
We would like to understand what the issue is.
Can we write a simple program and send it to the MC43 to check if the connection is established, and if so, what kind of program should we send?
We are currently using version 7.05 and do not have a licence key for it. However, our main question is: Is the problem really due to our control unit being too new for version 6.07, or are we connecting the cables incorrectly?

Is the ID tag correct? It should be a 1 - I'm not sure a 1T will work with MC43's as the bus is terminated with software.

The MC43 will only look at the terminate property in its application, it will handle a 1T ID tag the same a regular 1.
The most recent variant of controllers, m24 variant, require IQAN 7. The sticker on the under side should say IQAN-MC43-M24 if it is that variant. I personally install programs through Diag CAN (CAN A) instead of CAN B, and since you have a G11 on the system I would recommend trying to push your program through that and seeing if it gives you the same message. I normally come across this issue when I have a mismatch between the Id tag on the module and in the program, though I also have seen that message when I try to push a program on a system with cut or mispinned wires

Why do you think we have the G11 system?
PN 20085113 is MC43 original. This is compatible with version 6.07.
