Parker controller IQAN CONNECT

Hello,

We have a Parker controller (model 20085113) which is connected to the monitor, but the devices are not appearing as connected.

Could you please advise which version of the IQAN Design software is compatible with it? We currently have version 6.90, complete with a licence key.

Our monitor is connected as shown in the attached image.

And the controller’s inputs are also shown in the attached image.

If we have connected something incorrectly (for example, the identification labels), could you please advise on how it should be done correctly?

We would like to understand what the issue is.

Can we write a simple program and send it to the MC43 to check if the connection is established, and if so, what kind of program should we send?

We are currently using version 7.05 and do not have a licence key for it. However, our main question is: Is the problem really due to our control unit being too new for version 6.07, or are we connecting the cables incorrectly?
