When I try to update the software via IQANgo, I get an error message. It indicates that the file is corrupt or outdated.
When I send the same software file to the machine via IQANrun, it works fine.
The file was saved using the latest version of IQANdesign, and I also have the latest version of IQANgo.
Does anyone know what is causing this, or is it a bug in the IQANgo app?

Do you have a printscreen of the error message?
This is the error message.
Is there a solution or fix for this?
For this error message "file is too old or corrupt", the most plausible explanation of the two is that the file is corrupt. This could potentially happen when copying/syncing files between devices.
I'd recommend copying the know good file that worked on your PC with IQANrun over to your mobile device again.
I don't think the an .idax file can be too old for IQANgo. But if you want to check on your PC with IQANrun, you could right click on the file in Windows explorer and see the IQANdesgin version it was saved in.
