CAN-FD paged protocol

I'm interfacing a MD5 with a 2Mbit/s automotive sensor that transmits 64 byte frames on a single CAN ID in 20 frame bursts every 50ms.  I am missing 19 of the 20 frames every application cycle since the CAN RX message buffer is only one frame deep.

The messages are unique and sequenced with an integer counter similar to a paged protocol.   The counter and other possible pagination triggers are at the end of this 64 byte payload though.  Is there any way to set page mask/filters to look beyond the 8 byte legacy CAN limit?
