CAN Messages MC43 CAN-D

We are having problems with CAN-D on an MC43, there is a a device on that bus using PGN's 65280 and 65281. If we change the PGN's of that device to 65290 and 65291 the device works properly. When we trace the CANbus, we see PGN's 65280 thu 65288 are present on the bus and the source address is 39. Our MC43 J1939 source address is set to 40 and there are no devices on the bus with SA 39. Changing the MC43 with a new unit has removed the SA 39 messages.
