GFIN Mask Issue

We are having an issue using a GFIN mask. We are reading in data from a Maretron FFM100 that sends 2 identical message with a instance on byte 3 (offset 24). 

We can see instance 0, but instance 1 is never pulled in from IQAN. The message is on the bus, verified with Kvaser. we have changed the instances around. IQAN seems to be able to only see instance 0 (tried instance 1 and 2 and IQAN pulled in neither). We swapped the instance on the 2 messages in IQAN and still only instance 0 comes in. 

We use the page masking function regularly but this is the first message where the mask is so many bytes into the message. Has there been any issues with this?
