Static IP and IQAN-SV not working together

We have an MD4-7 set up with a static IP to connect to over a local network. We added an IQAN-SV camera to the display (Network on C3, and camera on C4), after which we were unable to see the display over the network. I removed the camera from the code and it came back. Is there a reason why adding a camera would affect the diagnostics ethernet communications?
