event counter with a yellow indicator as an adjustable, but not an adjustable

I have an event counter.

It has a yellow tag on it, and I normally associate that as an indicator that the object is an adjustable.

There is no event counter in the adjust items.


Would someone shed some light on what the yellow indicator in this case means?
