What does the serial number mean on an MD4 and MC41?

I think it starts with production year and weeknumber, but what do the following numbers mean?

On MD4 and MC4x, the format is

YYWWMMNNNN

YY=Year, for example 22 for 2022

WW =Calendar week

MM = Manufacturing location

NNNN = Unique number, starting over from 1 each week.

Some older products only have 9 positions in the serial number, there the year is given with only one digit.
