graphic images missing from main display
Some of the graphics have disappeared from an MD4 display operating at a customer site.
See picture... the needles should have gauges above them... the two buttons lower buttons on the right hand side should have graphics (menu and maintenance wrench).
It seems like the standard IQAN library graphics stopped working (gauge image, wrench image, menu image) while custom graphics that we have added ourselves are still working...
Software is IQAN 3.19.
Any one see this before? Any ideas?
We will advise the customer to reflash software as I'm doubting there is anything else that can be done.

One or multiple MD4:s in the project? There was an issue with sending project to multiple MD4:s in earlier IQANrun versions, where sending of images could go wrong. See release notes for IQANrun 4.05

But this could only happen during sending, from the description it does sound as if they had not done anything when it occurred.
I have not seen this symptom occurring in other situations than during a failed download, but it might still be a good idea to upgrade the software from version 3 to 5 while you are at it.
