Check for updates in earlier versions

In 2022, the check for updates server had to be moved, earlier IQAN software versions no longer find the latest update and give an error message:  

If you run a version released before October 2022, visit https://www.iqan.se/downloads.html to get the latest release. 

Currently, there are new release versions of IQANdesign 6.08, IQANrun 6.08 and IQANsimulate 6.08.
