Send options when downgrading MD4 7.03 to 6.x

When downgrading an MD4 running 7.03 or newer using IQANdesign 6.08 or older, the Send options dialog cannot be used to reset setting.

If any of the options  adjustable, factory default or stored values is ticked, the MD4 downgrade can be started but it will fail and show Request rejected by master module.

A simple solution is to not use the Send options when downgrading using IQANdesign, or leave all send options blank.

This is an effect of the change in 7.03 that require IQANdesign login for clear settings, and the sequence in which an MD4 is downgraded. Send options can be used when downgrading MC4x. 

Note 1: In IQANdesign 7.00, the Send options was replaced by a clear settings action on the Communication menu.

Note 2: If the Update project access level is used in 7.03, earlier versions of IQANdesign cannot be used to downgrade, IQANrun is needed to log in and downgrade.
