Store account page

The store account page is where you can view your past orders and license numbers. Access it via this link, where you enter your email address. A new link is then emailed to you which gives you access to your store account page for 24 hours.

The Orders tab lists all your previous orders with invoice and license number.

Use the Account Details tab to update your personal information, such as address, phone number and payment method.

Note: Ignore the Subscriptions tab since it may contain old outdated information. Subscriptions are no longer used and will show as cancelled and/or inactive if you purchased any previously.
