What you mean I may not have a token. I have used it couple month ago and it worked. Internet is there and the only change I got new router from Optus.

The error is due to an older version not supporting a security update
IQANconnect requires newer versions, 5.08 or 6.05 / Knowledge base / IQAN
Clarification on previous post, for IQANdesign 5 it has to be 5.08.2 (or newer)
